Welcome Message from the Organizing Committee
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am delighted to invite you to the 106th Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition (CSC 2023) in Vancouver between June 4-8, 2023. The conference venue is located on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
The University of Victoria is very pleased to be the Host Institute for the Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition for the first time in over 30 years. The Conference theme, “Chemistry at the Edge”, can have many interpretations: chemistry at the cutting edge of discovery; edges are where disciplines intersect to realize unique perspectives and drive innovation; edges are places of freedom and discovery; and powerful forces for change often emerge at the edges. We will endeavour to embody these ideas in the conference program.
We very much look forward to seeing you on Canada’s spectacular western edge next summer!
