Exhibitor Benefits
The exhibition hall will be the featured venue for the opening reception, coffee breaks, poster sessions, and other activities.
Lunch for exhibitors will be provided on Jun. 16 and 17.
Each exhibitor booth includes 10′ x 10′ footprint with 8′ wall height, one 6′ x 30″ table, two chairs, and two exhibitor passes. It excludes electricity, power bars, and other additional items, which can be ordered through a third-party’s exhibitor kit. Estimated pricing for electricity and a power bar is ~$200 must be ordered separately at the venue. Additional exhibitor passes are $150 each.
Start-up businesses must be less than five years old and have fewer than 30 employees. Start-ups are eligible for a standard exhibit space.
