CSC 2025 has partnered with Babysitting Angels to provide childcare for children of conference delegates.
Transform your conference experience with our onsite childcare services, providing a professional and secure environment for attendees with children. Our skilled Childcare Providers facilitate an enriching experience for young ones, allowing parents to focus on the conference content without worry.
Location: Rogers Centre Ottawa, Room TBD
Times Available:
Sunday, Jun. 15: 3- 8:30 PM
Monday, Jun. 16 to Thursday, Jun. 19: 7 AM – 5:30 PM
*Parents/guardians must sign their child in at drop-off and be present for pick-up at the end of the day. Late pick-ups may incur additional charges at the parent’s expense.
Cost
$50 CAN per day, per child
Scheduling childcare services is the responsibility of the
conference attendee.
We provide childcare services for children ages 3 to 12 years old.
The CIC assumes no liability.
*space is limited and children will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The CIC does not guarantee the availability of childcare services. Walk ups will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT
Babysitting Angels
asks that families:
Lunch will be included in the childcare fee, to be provided by conference venue. Provide all special/specific/additional meals, snacks, bottles of formula or milk, and medicines that your child may need.
Provide your child with extra clothing, diapers, wipes and any comfort items they may use such as a soother or blanket.
Babysitting Angels will provide age appropriate activities, toys, games, crafts etc.

Register and pay for the conference and for childcare services BEFORE 11:59pm ET Sunday, May 4, 2025.

Email your COMPLETED and PAID registration to:
cic-coordinator@cheminst.ca
Once you have emailed your registration details, you will be asked to fill out a wavier. Your registration will not be complete until a signed waiver is received.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to cic-coordinator@cheminst.ca by 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, May 4. Payments are non-refundable after this deadline.
