Simon Fraser University, in conjunction with the Vancouver CIC Local Section, co-hosted the fourth annual Chemistry Career Night for SFU undergraduate students enrolled in at least one chemistry course. The students received advice on which career opportunities awaited them in the chemistry sector upon graduation. Seven chemistry professionals spoke with the students about their work and the route they took to a successful career. Students also networked with people from both academia and industry. The evening was organized by SFU’s Career and Volunteer Services, SFU Co-operative Education and the SFU Chemistry Student Society.
