Dame Margaret Brimble is a Distinguished Professor at the University of Auckland, New Zealand where she makes and modifies naturally occurring bioactive compounds from plants, animal tissue, and marine and soil organisms. She has published more than 600 papers and is an inventor on more than 50 patents.
