We are writing to share an exciting update about our upcoming CSChE 2025 conference.

In our team’s continuous effort to enhance your conference experience, we have realigned the CSChE 2025 conference schedule to make it even more impactful and engaging.

This adjustment allows us to focus on delivering the most valuable content and networking opportunities within a more meaningful and dynamic timeframe.

WHAT ARE THE CHANGES?
OCTOBER 5 to 7 – CSChE Will Take Place at The Palais des Congrès

The conference will now be held over three focused days (Instead of four days), from Oct. 5 to Oct. 7, 2025, at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal.

  • OCTOBER 5 to 7: The new format is expected to provide a more dynamic and productive experience in every session. The first three days will now focus on the plenary sessions and technical programs.
  • OCTOBER 8:  On that day, attendees will have the opportunity to experience an optional day around Montréal. They can explore the city by selecting from a variety of activities in partnership with Tourisme Montréal.

Mark Your Calendars for OCTOBER 8 – EXPLORE MONTREAL ON YOUR OWN
On October 8, attendees will have the opportunity to explore Montreal with an optional experiential day to sightsee the beautiful city of Montreal. In the upcoming weeks, we will provide you with a list of activities available for you to participate in around the city.

Fortunately, we have a great deal for you, courtesy of Tourisme Montréal! The Montréal Passport allows conference attendees to discover the city at discounted rates. There are two options for the passport: the first is $56 to discover 3 attractions in Montréal and receive all kinds of benefits, or the $86 option, which allows attendees to discover 5 attractions in Montréal and get all kinds of benefits. The passport is currently on sale and will remain available until October 31, 2025. To obtain your passport and plan your activities, check out the Montréal Passport website.

Rest assured, all planned events, workshops, and sessions will still take place, with the schedule carefully reorganized to ensure no experiences are missed.

We are confident that this new format will provide you with a more dynamic and productive experience. Our team has been working diligently to ensure that every session is packed with insights that will benefit you and your conference experience.

We are also extending the early bride for your convenience. The new early bird deadline is August 28, 2025.

Nous vous écrivons pour vous faire part d’une mise à jour importante concernant notre prochain congrès de la Société canadienne du génie chimique (SCGCh) 2025.

Dans le cadre de nos efforts constants pour améliorer votre expérience, nous avons remanié le calendrier du congrès SCGCh 2025 afin de le rendre plus stimulant.

Cet ajustement nous permet de nous concentrer sur la diffusion du contenu le plus pertinent et des occasions de réseautage dans un calendrier plus dynamique.

Le congrès se déroulera désormais sur trois journées ciblées (au lieu de quatre), soit du 5 au 7 octobre prochain, au Palais des congrès de Montréal.

  • Du 5 au 7 octobre : Le nouveau format devrait offrir une expérience plus productive à chaque séance. Les trois premières journées seront consacrées aux conférences plénières ainsi qu’aux programmes techniques.
  • Le 8 octobre : Lors de cette journée, les participants pourront explorer la ville en choisissant parmi une variété d’activités en partenariat avec Tourisme Montréal.

Tourisme Montréal vous offre une offre exceptionnelle ! En effet, le Passeport Montréal permet aux participants de découvrir la ville à prix réduit.
