All attendees are asked to review the Canadian Society for Chemistry’s Code of Conduct for Meetings and Meeting-Related Events prior to registration.

Registration FAQ

We encourage you to take advantage of our early-bird registration fees to register by July 12, 2021, at 11:59 pm ET. By registering in advance of this deadline, you will ensure a smooth transition into the virtual event, receive all relevant information for the event, and save!

IUPAC | CCCE 2021 will not have a hard registration deadline; general attendees will be able to register at any time throughout the virtual event at a higher rate after the early-bird deadline.

Registration will be required to view the events within World Chemistry Congress and Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition, including all plenary sessions, on-demand technical sessions, live discussions, and socials.

As a non-profit organization, we take pride in offering our services to the community at the lowest cost possible and our virtual registration rates are no exception. While facilitating a virtual event helps us reduce our registration rates, virtual events still require:

  • A dedicated staff to organize an engaging and exciting event; and
  • A virtual event platform that allows for an all-inclusive and value-adding experience, including: an intuitive interface, on-demand access to scientific content, integrated networking opportunities, simple presentation uploading, access to an interactive exhibition hall, and a customizable conference schedule.
