Awards Canadian Green Chemistry and Engineering Network
The Canadian Green Chemistry and Engineering Network announces three new green chemistry awards:
- The Canadian Green Chemistry and Engineering Award, is a national individual award sponsored by GreenCentre Canada for an individual working in Canada who has made significant contributions to advance green chemistry and/or engineering, including the technical, human health and environmental benefits.
- Two awards (The Ontario Green Chemistry and Engineering Award (Individual) and The Ontario Green Chemistry and Engineering Award (Organization)) sponsored by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment; one for an organization and one for an individual based in, or having significant investment in Ontario and who has made significant contributions to the field of green chemistry and engineering, including the technical, economic, human health and environmental benefits.
These awards will be presented at the 3rd International IUPAC Conference on Green Chemistry in Ottawa, August 15-18, 2010
The Canadian Green Chemistry and Engineering Network (CGCEN) awards recognize individuals and organizations for advancements in green chemistry and/or engineering.
The Canadian Green Chemistry and Engineering Network (CGCEN) is a forum of the Chemical Institute of Canada (CIC).
