Online Course: Foundations of World Patent Law

The Chemical Institute of Canada is pleased to partner with the American Chemical Society to offer a 4 hour course on World Patent Law.
No prior knowledge of intellectual property is required.
Summary: The seminar will provide an introduction to international patent framework, types of patents, requirements for patentability, managing patent portfolios, preparing and prosecuting patents internationally.

Cost: $595 for CIC and ACS members; $795 for non members

Laboratory Safety Course
The Chemical Institute of Canada (CIC) is proud to partner with the Laboratory Safety Institute (LSI) to offer a two-day laboratory safety course to members. This course provides an in-depth look at the fundamentals of lab safety and effective lab safety programs. You will learn to identify and manage common laboratory hazards; many of which you may never have considered.
